            Poly (methylacrylate, methylmethacrylate), 6.0g Zirconium dioxide, 0.3g Benzoyl

            peroxide, 0.8g Gentamicin sulfate (correspoinding to 0.5g Gentamicin base)

-          1 Ampoule packaged Sterile A, containing 20mL of sterile liquid consisting of 18.4g

           Methil methacrylate, 0.4g N,N-dimethyl-para-toludine 50 ppm of Hydroquinone
